Sunset & Night Glow Combo: Sunset and Glowing Plankton

This tour joins two things that otherwise need separate evenings: the sunset in front of Phra Nang's cliffs and a swim in glowing plankton. We leave Ao Nang at 3:30 pm. In the late afternoon you swim at Koh Poda, then we anchor in Phra Nang Bay and toast the evening light with sunset prosecco. Sunset falls roughly between 6 and 7 pm, depending on the season.

After dark we head to a dark bay without light pollution and switch off engine and lights. At the swim and snorkel stop, bioluminescent plankton glows blue with every movement, with just you and your group there. The glow is strongest around new moon and not guaranteed; if it is windy or choppy the swim stop is skipped. Water, soft drinks, fruit and the hotel transfer are included. On board you are in a white hardtop cabin boat with twin 300 hp engines, with a bench seat and comfortable boat chairs for a maximum of five guests. The price is per boat.
